Inside Tudor Cottage in Bossington
Tudor Cottage dates back to the 15th century which can still be felt everywhere! Although carefully renovated and prepared as a B&B, it has been left as authentic as possible. For example, the rooms do not have an en-suite bathroom, but each room still has its own bathroom not far away down the corridor.
It’s a good place to spend the night as it is located in the village of Bossington between Minehead and Porlock in Exmoor, not far from Selworthy and Horner. The cottage has a lovely garden with seating, where you can spend the afternoon and evening. The sea (Bristol Channel) with a stony beach is only a 10-minute walk away and should not be missed, especially on an evening when there is a beautiful red sunset.
Breakfast in the “Tudor Cottage” is very hearty as in most places but it also has some small special features to offer.
By the way: The house belongs to the National Trust and is only leased to the respective hosts.
Suggestion: An Evening walk to the beach should not be missed!
