Hestercombe Gardens
Hestercombe Gardens in Somerset are gardens in three sections surrounding the house of the same name. The three gardens date from different eras and the Formal Garden, built at the beginning of the 20th century, is considered particularly remarkable.
Located in the middle of the Quantock Hills, you have a beautiful view of the valley of Taunton from many places in the garden and the Georgian landscape garden invites you to take a longer walk through an ever-rejuvenating valley.
The third part is a Victorian garden with a south facing terrace just in front of the manor house.
The site is now owned by the Hestercombe Garden Trust and is open to visitors.
